Blow the Whistle is the first single off of Oakland rapper Too Short's 16th album Blow the Whistle. It is produced by Piur. The song features a refrain of the words "blow the whistle," followed by a series of whistle blasts. The song was a hit in 2006 in Oakland.
Jay-Z recently made a freestyle to this called "Playoff".[1]
The song was thought to be produced by Lil Jon, but it was produced by underground producer Piur.
