James River Leadership College is a Bible college that is focused on developing leaders for church ministry through academic excellence, leadership development, and ministry experience. JRLC offers a fully accredited degree through Central Bible College and desires that students learn about the Bible and leadership in ministry both in the classroom and through hands on experience. All JRLC classes take place on the James River Assembly campus and are taught by professors from JRLC, CBC, and AGTS. The students ministry experience is dependent upon the "leadership practicum" they choose when they begin the program. The program is a total of 69 credits and takes two years to complete. James River Assembly is a thriving church in Springfield, Missouri that believes their primary calling is to reach the lost.
