Blinkie

Blinkie is the the principal wicked witch in L. Frank Baum's The Scarecrow of Oz. She is not a very powerful witch, and works with other witches, but she holds Jinxland under siege.

Not to be confused with Santa Claus's cat, spelled Blinky, in The Life and Adventures of Santa Claus.
