Blessed Sacrament School is a primary school teaching students from grades Kindergarten up through eighth grade, and is based in the Shrine of the Most Blessed Sacrament parish. The school, along with the rest of the parish, recently underwent a large renovation, which created a long addition to the school.

Blessed Sacrament participates in Catholic Youth Organization (CYO) basketball team, and has a track team. The school has lacked a playing field throughout its history, though it does have a gym. However, the parish is in the middle of an agreement to purchase a nearby plot of land to make playing fields for the school (Field of Dreams Campaign).
