Blackmyron is an elderly gent (in his early thirties) with a B.S. in Physics and a strong affection for obscure and cultish pop culture.
His name originates from the time-honored tradition back in the pre-Internet BBS days of deriving a user-name from William Gibson - hence the approximately 15,103 Wintermutes running about at the time. After a culling of the Sprawl novels and short stories, he found that, miraculously, the name Black Myron (from "Burning Chrome") was somehow unused - and thus, history (of the minor and unimportant variety) was made.
