Despite the title, the article seemed a bit thin on why it was so bad for the U-boat arm; so I've added a bit on that. I've also changed the "German Response" part a bit to make it flow better; I've changed "Flak boats" to a tactical change, as that seems to make more sense. Hope thats OK with everyone.
