This can be rather confusing, because it appears in each article as if the Coat of Arms is actually blank and is not qualified in the image that it is a placeholder image for the true one. There needs to be text in the image such as "Coat of Arms not yet uploaded" or some such like with the pending free copyright picture of persons image. 67.5.156.237 (talk) 09:19, 13 April 2008 (UTC)
