[edit] Correct Origins
I happened to stumble upon an article about the origins of MANY Albanian, Montenegrin and Herzegovinian clans on Projekti Rastko - Shkodër / Projekat Rastko - Skadar. It explains that the Bjelopavlići descended from Bijeli Pavle (Pal i Bardh), a son of Leka, an Albanian military captain from Metohija, of the Dukagjini clan. The Bjelopavlići are blood-relatives to the Kosovar Gashani as their ancestor, Gavrilo (or Gasho in Albanian), was the brother of Bijeli Pavle. If you would like, I could provide the article to prove my so-called "theory". --Prevalis (talk) 01:20, 26 May 2008 (UTC)
- We should bring all the folk traditions and versions as possible to this article in order to make it richer, yes.
- Lol, you discovered Rastko - Shkoder only now? :) I could've given the links a long time ago. --PaxEquilibrium (talk) 20:11, 26 May 2008 (UTC)
