"Used with permission by...franchisee" I don't think this is adequate for 2 reasons:
- The franchisee is not a copyright holder on the image
- "used with permission" isn't generally accepted as valid.
On the other hand I think such an image would qualify as fair use, so a fair use rationale should be present for necessary uses. McKay (talk) 16:24, 4 March 2008 (UTC)
