Bjørn Moe

Bjørn Moe (19 March 1945-) is a Norwegian conductor. He is a professor at the Institute for Music at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and has since 1973 been conductor of Nidaros Cathedral Boys' Choir. Between 1953 and 1973 he was himself a singer in the choir and from 1965 to 1973 the assistant conductor to Ludvig Nielsen. In 2002 Bjørn Moe was awarded HM The King's Medal of Merit in gold.
