The Bishop of Sherborne is an episcopal title given to a suffragan bishop in the Church of England Diocese of Salisbury, which is within the Province of Canterbury, England.[1]
The title takes its name after the market town of Sherborne in Devon and was first used between the 8th and 10th centuries by the historic bishops of Sherborne.
