Description: This bronze statue is a "Nok Tantima" (Tantima bird), a relative to the more famous "Garuda". It's guarding the Viharn Yod in Wat Phra Kaew, Bangkok, Thailand. (Four more Tantima can be seen guarding the entrance to Buddhaisawan-Chapel in National Museum in Bangkok.)
