I just added my name in the list of Kashmiri People. Later I pasted my cv on a page. I am biopk, biopk@hotmail.com, by sand box I am not blocked. But I at time I can not edit. I cant understand the problem. Please help me.

If you can edit the Wikipedia:Sandbox, then you're no longer autoblocked. By the way, it is inappropriate to use your userpage at User:Biopk to host your CV (and has now been deleted) as Wikipedia is not a blog or free webspace provider. It is the information about a non commercial, education institute. So I dont recommend its deletion. Please consider the request.
