[edit] Explanation of deleted content

I felt the previous version of this article betrayed a POV in favour of lifting 10% cap on ethanol blends and introduced an irrelevant LPG vs. ethanol debate. There are many factors inhibiting the use of higher concentration ethanol blends, e.g. the lack of flex fuel vehicles in Oz (my understanding is that aftermarket conversions are not even possible), limited production quantities, unsuitability of current distribution infrastructure, etc).
