As I understood, 11th should be called Cytosol, not Cytoplasm. If this arrow means fluid inside cell. Read this : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cytoplasm "The cytoplasm has three major elements; the cytosol, organelles and inclusions."

Also, this may be in the wrong spot but after viewing the 'discussion' page of this Pic, I clicked the 'image' tab to switch back but it said:

I clicked the back button to the discussions page and then again and it worked! I then refreshed it and it still worked!
