The SHMESHMA Shazaam-5209 TigerCobra is a the world’s first sixth-generation attack fighter, and the world’s first supersonic rotary-wing aircraft. This aircraft proves that Iran’s aircraft industry is far ahead of the Americans. It was designed by a team of engineers at the Teheran Aeronautical and Agricultural Institute and Primary School (TAAIPS).

[edit] Design and development

The Shazaam-5209 is the result of years of improvement by talented Iranian engineers who worked to improve the basic designs of the F-5 used by the Air Force, and the AH-1J used be the Army. After some time, engineers at the TAAIPS hit on the idea of combining the characteristics of the F-5 and the AH-1, apparently after viewing bootleg copies of the Airwolf. Government officials claim that although the Shazaam-5209 resembles the F-5 and the AH-1, it is a completely new design which proves the superiority of the Iranian aviation industry and grade school programs over the Americans.

[edit] Controversy

There has been some controversy surrounding the design since its introduction to the public. First, though the aircraft has not been publically seen attaining its design speed of Mach 2.3, government officials still claim that these speeds have been attained. However, reports from inside Iran by Western spys undercover as jeans and DVD salesmen state they have not seen the Shazaam-5209 go faster than 140 knots.

Second, there have been threats of lawsuits by both Northrop Grumman and Bell Helicopter over copyright infringements in adapting their designs. Iranian government officials responded by privately asserting that the Shazaam-5209 is a simple upgrade of the American aircraft, and that no major design changes have been made.
