bill257 is a user who primarily resides on Ohio State's Scout messageboard(ohiostate.scout.com) or Bucknuts. He has a great distate for Penn State and ridicules their mediocrity whenever possible. Quite often criticized by foolish Penn State posters, but he is often right as well.
