Whole, as it is necessary to properly depict the animal. However, it is believed that the portion of image used doesn't not make the work less valuable to the copyright holder. Additionally, the image has been used in various press releases.

Low resolution?

The image is of significantly low-resolution (250x250 px), and thus within the 0.1 megapixel limit.

Purpose of use

The image is used only in the article Bili ape to depict the animal being described.

Replaceable?

Given the home range of the Bili ape (Central Congo), the time required to travel to the site, the uniqueness of the animal being described, and the lack of any other free alternative, it is believed that this image adds significantly to the article and cannot presently be replaced by any free alternative.
