Billy Oatman is a PBA player. During 06-07 his PBA ranking was 37. He has been in 2 PBA 300 games. His nickname is Billy O. He has one daughther named Taylor Imani. When his was only eight years of age he bowled in 3 leagues. He worked in his mother's health food store before becoming a PBA bowier. In 06-07 he became the first ever African American PBA rookie bowler of the year. He has 55,409 dollars for his PBA ranking.
