Billy Morgan, (born in Horwich, Lancashire), was an English football half back. In his early days, he played for Horwich FC. In January 1897, he was sold to Newton Heath. He would stay with Newton Heath until 1903 when he went to Bolton Wanderers F.C.. During his Newton Heath career, he scored 7 goals in 152 appearances.
