Billy Miller is an American actor, best known for portraying Richie Novak on the series All My Children.
Miller is originally from Grand Prairie, Texas, but grew up and attended high school in Arlington, Texas. He then attended the University of Texas in Austin.
Miller's credits include CSI: NY and he has appeared in many national commercials.
