Billy Kay (actor)

Billy Kay (born April 10, 1984) is an American film and television actor. He played Lance Norway in 2003's The Battle of Shaker Heights, an independent film made following the Project Greenlight contest.

Kay is the son of Broadway actress Lynn Kay.^[1] He was born in Long Island, New York.
