Billy Rolland Cowan (born August 28, 1938, in Calhoun City, Mississippi) is a retired professional baseball player who played eight seasons for the Chicago Cubs, New York Mets, Milwaukee Braves, Philadelphia Phillies, New York Yankees, and California Angels of Major League Baseball.
