William "Billy" Bell (June 10, 1891 – June 3, 1952) was a Canadian professional ice hockey centre who played 6 seasons in the National Hockey League for the Montreal Wanderers, Montreal Canadiens and Ottawa Senators. He was born in Lachine, Quebec.
