Bill Sampy (born May 10, 1983 in Lafayette, Louisiana) is an American football player who currently plays wide receiver on the Philadelphia Eagles' practice squad.

Sampy attended Carencro High School in Carencro, Louisiana and was a student and a letterman in football. In football, as a senior, he was an All-District selection and led his team to the State Title game.
