Bill Risley

William Charles Risley (May 29, 1967 in Chicago, Illinois), is a former professional baseball player who played pitcher in the Major Leagues from 1992-1998. He would play for the Montreal Expos, Toronto Blue Jays, and Seattle Mariners.
