William Carl Reinhard (born May 17, 1922 in Los Angeles, California) is a former American football player in the All-America Football Conference for the Los Angeles Dons. He played college football at the University of California, Berkeley and was drafted in the 23rd round of the 1944 NFL Draft by the Washington Redskins.
