Bill English, birth name William Andrew English, (born April 8, 1980, Rochester, New York), an American actor. He is currently playing the role of "Joel" in the ABC television series Cavemen.

English was raised Honeoye Falls, New York, a small village outside of Rochester, New York.

He is a graduate of the North Carolina School of the Arts.[1]

English achieved national attention for his comedic work in two major national TV commercial campaigns, for Kellogg's Raisin Bran Crunch and T-Mobile. In the advertisements for Kellogg's Raisin Bran Crunch he plays "Johnson," an oblivious, cereal-munching office worker who infuriates his boss. In the first spot created for T-Mobile, entitled "Secret Lovers," he plays a duped boyfriend furious that his best friend has been bumped up to one of his girlfriend's "myFaves" favorite five callers.
