Bill Borman is a solo New Zealand indie rock artist.

Bill Borman played his first public performance in 2003 while attending Rathkeale College in Masterton,New Zealand.
He now lives in Wellington, New Zealand and runs a small home recording studio. In April 2007 he released his first commercial CD, Walking Under Ladders, which is self-produced and self recorded, mixed and mastered.
In May 2007 the album was featured by Simon Sweetman on the TV Show Good Morning as a part of New Zealand Music Month. Later that month the song Walking Under Ladders reached no. 7 on the Amplifier Alt-Indie chart.
