Howdy! BigScaryMike here. It's a silly name I use in games, because my name is Mike, and I'm big, and...well, I'm not all that scary, but intimidation is the name of the game, right? Anyway, I'm a computer tech in the Chicago area. I also do voiceover work and write and record music, but that's mostly for fun. I was born in 1964 (which makes me...let's see...old).

I edit, clean up, and contribute to articles in my areas of interest; for example, my favorite TV shows (My Name Is Earl, 30 Rock, The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, The Colbert Report, Countdown with Keith Olbermann, Real Time with Bill Maher, The Simpsons, and Family Guy).

I'm also a serious animation buff and have been editing topics such as the Fleischer Studios Popeye cartoons and UPA.
