"Big Dubby" is a young man who virtually owns the universe. With recent comparisons to Chuck Norris, the supposed ass-kicking ruler of the universe, Dubby seems to be the new breed of a "baller". "Dub" (a shortened version of Dubby), is derived from the W of his last name. If you take out the le-u in double-u, you are left with doub (pronounced "dub"). Dub is a kid who loves to play sports and watch sports. As a fan of the NBA's Los Angeles Clippers, the MLB's Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, the NFL's San Diego Chargers, college basketball's UCLA Bruins and Washington Huskies, Dub has a lot of teams which he takes a liking to. His favorite L.A. Clipper is Elton Brand. Of the Angels, Vladimir Guerrero and Chone Figgins. Of the Chargers, LaDainian "LaDain" Tomlinson. Other NBA players which Dub likes are Jermaine O'Neal, Emeka Okafor, and LeBron James to name a few. For the MLB, Dub likes Albert Pujols, the star slugger for the St. Louis Cardinals. And in the NFL, Dub also likes linemen LeCharles Bentley and soon-to-be NFL'er D'Brickashaw (D'Brick) Ferguson (mainly for their crazy-ass names). Dub and his friend Patrick (commonly called D'Brickashaw or D'Brick on the streetz of da Irvine 'hood), commonly name animals in Bill Butler's room. The eel was named LeCharles (after LeCharles Bentley). Two chicken were named D'Brickashaw (for D'Brickahsaw Ferguson) and JaMarcus (Quarterback for the LSU Tigers). A squid, who recently passed due to taking in too much bacteria was named LeJerametrius (just for another crazy-ass name). It was tragic news to Dub and his friends when they heard that LeJerametrius passed away, but Dub never liked that thing, just because it "had something against me [Dub]." Dub also commonly remarks upon a mullet, since "that thing always stares at me [Dub]." Dub is not too big of a fan of mullets, but this one in particular is a favorite of his. Dub has been told if he were willing to grow a mullet to take after the one mentioned, and he responded by saying, "F*ck that sh*t man... it [the mullet] will have a mother f*cking mind of its own." Dub doesn't like the idea of letting a mullet have so much independence and freedom. Dub also likes to refrain from cursing, and somewhat bend words. Instead of dropping an f-bomb, Dub will say "truck" (take out the f, replace it with a "tr"). Instead of saying sh*t, Dub will say "shift" (inserting an "f" in between the "i" and "t"). Dub is a member of FDB, a renowned rap group in Irvine. He is known for his "ridonkulous" rhymes and beat making ability. He has performed on well-known tracks such as, "This my Jam", "Banga", and "No Nines, Just Dimes". FDB is known for keeping the streets on lock, and are making waves each day. They plan on reviving their CD titled "No Nines, Just Dimes" during the summer, and say that "our beats are sicker than ever. We stepped our game up big time, man. Now we know that people can really feel our music, and that's a good feeling. It's cool when you walk around hearing people sing your song, people knowing who you are. It's wierd, but pretty flattering at the same time." More to come on Dub later on.
