Big Voice

Big Voice was the announcer on Noggin's two Phred-starring television series, The Phred on Your Head Show and URL With Phred. Big Voice was voiced by Doug Preis. Phred called Big Voice "B.V." on URL.

Big Voice was never seen; however, in one episode of Head, when Phred didn't show up after the opening prologue, Big Voice wondered where he went, only to see that he was behind him; Phred accused him of eating his fried chicken.
