Biecco Lawrie Limited (BLL) is a Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) of the Government of India and was established in 1919 as British India Electric Construction Company Limited. BLL manufactures hardware for a variety of petroleum and oil industries and is headquartered in Kolkota. As of fiscal 2007, the company incurred aggregated revenue of Rs. 52.5 crore (US$ 13.37 million)[1]
