Note that the cover image includes the Bicentennial Australia Logo, which is the copyright of the Australian Bicentennial Authority. It is necessary to include this logo because it is an intrinsic part of the cover.
Low resolution?	The resolution of this image is insufficient to allow commercial reproduction of the cover, not that anyone in their right mind would want to do so.
