Regarding these edits. I'm wondering if an external link to DCaL's website should really be included in this article. It looks like a fascinating project, but is it of verifiable signifigance? i.e. Has it ever received coverage from independent and reliable secondary sources? Has anybody except DCaL ever called DCaL an "autonomous open university"? As a matter of fact, I'd really appreciate it if you could point me to some websites corroborating your definition of an "autonomous open university" as one that "provides higher education on the Internet autonomously and without human presence or involvement."
