Bhandaria (Bengali: ভাণ্ডারিয়া ) is an Upazila of Pirojpur District in the Division of Barisal, Bangladesh.

Bhandaria is located at . It has 27969 units of house hold and total area 163.56 km².

As of 1991 Bangladesh census[1], Bhandaria has a population of 145233. Males constitute are 50.34% of the population, and females 49.66%. This Upazila's eighteen up population is 74509. Bhandaria has an average literacy rate of 51.9% (7+ years), and the national average of 32.4% literate. [2]
