Bhadravati is a city and a municipal council in Chandrapur district in the state of Maharashtra, India.

As of 2001 India census,[1] Bhadravati had a population of 56,679. Males constitute 52% of the population and females 48%. Bhadravati has an average literacy rate of 79%, higher than the national average of 59.5%; with male literacy of 84% and female literacy of 73%. 10% of the population is under 6 years of age.
