This is a promotional photograph of the cast of the Australian television programme Blue Heelers which was taken in 1994. Blue Heelers aired from 1994 - 2006 and was produced by Southern Star for the Seven Network in Australia. The purpose of this image is to illustrate the cast members and show the way that the cast has changed over time. It is vital to Wikipedia and to the Blue Heelers article because it shows the cast members, who are the main people in a television programme. This photograph is used for educational purposes and is not intended to harm the producers, distributors, cast or crew of the television programme. It greatly increases the informativeness and quality of the Blue Heelers article. This image qualifies as fair-use under the terms for promotional photographs.
