This page looks and feels like a cut and paste from the official website, so I question it's impartiality. Also it spends a lot of time on the beaurocratic details but doesn't mention any unpleasant details. To my mind the most important chapters of Yugoslvia/Serbia's history ( and this agency must have been involved ) are totally ignored :

Formation of the Communist partisans during WWII and the fight against Nazis, Italians and rivials ( eg Chetnicks ). Post WWII including extermination of opponents of the communist regime, conflict with Warsaw pact countires etc Activities during breakup of Yugoslavia The search for Sloban Milosovich Connections to organised crime
