"Beyond rights" or "Fly beyond rights" in the international airline service is the right for international airline companies to perform business also about the section from the via airport to the destination airport.
It was first admitted in the 1949 air transport agreement between France and USA.
If the rights is performed excessively, it would arouse the so-called "unreasonable exercise of beyond rights" problem.
Northwest Airlines company has the beyond rights between Japan and other Asian countries and uses Narita International Airport as the Airline-hub. United Airlines also has the same beyond rights, though it doesn't ex ercise this right.
