Image:Bexar.gif is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. - I've added the first one that popped up. There are probably hundreds - let me know if I need to find something more authoritative than a chamber of commerce site. I swear 99.99% of the people here simply pronounce it "BEAR" and drop any pretense of its Spanish origin (which I sometimes hear as "BAY-HAR"). You can always spot the yankees when they call it "BECKS-AR". :) Kuru talk 00:26, 10 July 2007 (UTC)
