[edit] Nusakan

The article states that "it also has the traditional name Nusakan". Obviously, five questions immediately arise:

(1) What sort of tradition (e.g., the astronomers' tradition, the Japanese tradition, the Inuit tradition, etc.)?
(2) What language is the source of the term Nusakan?
(3) What is the term Nusakan intended to mean when it is used by those adhering to the tradition described in (1)?
(4) Are there any other competing/conflicting traditional names?
(5) Has there simply been a mistake in the English of the text; and, therefore, should the text have read something like "it also has the common, non-scientific name Nusakan"?

Hope that someone can clarify this . . . 129.94.6.28 23:01, 16 April 2007 (UTC)
