Betty Yuan is the president of the Global Alliance for Preserving the History of WW II in Asia since November 2002. She is also the Chief Executive Officer of the Shin-Shin Educational Foundation -- a well recognized organization that has built hundreds of primary schools in rural China providing children from poor families the chance to get an education. She is an advisor to the All-China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese of the People’s Repulic of China, and currently the Chief Executive Officer of the Northern California Chinese Athletic Federation.
