I don't know who is able to do such changes, but I would suggest that we redirect BEST directly to the page about the Board of European Students of Technology, and have a link in that page to this disambiguation page. It's the same as with ESA. I'm assuming that most visits to this page actually follow the link to the page of the Board of European Students of Technology. Plus, it is a pan-national organisation, unlike the other redirects. So it has a more global audience to it.

Any comments? Who can make such a change?
