Besserud is a station on Holmenkollbanen (line 1) on the Oslo T-bane system, between Midtstuen and Holmenkollen.[1]

The station was opened as Holmenkollen as the terminus of Holmenkollbanen on May 31, 1989. When the line was extended to Frognerseteren on May 16, 1916 the station got its current name. The architect for the wooden station building was Paul Due.
