The subject of this article appears to be in the list of recipients of the Alberta Centennial Medal, which was awarded in 2005. Can anyone confirm if the subject of this article is the same person as on the list? —GrantNeufeld 09:00, 4 May 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Political Party

Shouldn't his political party be listed as the Alberta Progressive Conservatives? That was the party banner he was elected under in 2004. --Knave 21:01, 18 April 2007 (UTC)

I see no particular reason why; McCoy and others sit in the Parliament and represent a party that does not exist. Stan Waters (technically) took his seat as a Reform Party of Alberta senator - not the federal party. Knave 20:12, 12 July 2007 (UTC)
