[edit] Unreferenced tag

Is this list correct? I've flown directly from Gatwick to Houston which isn't in here. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 81.2.85.153 (talkcontribs)

This is the list of restrictive airports that can be flown from Heathrow, any destination may be flown from Gatwick but a few of these on the list are restricted only to Heathrow, that is what those remarks mean. -- SmthManly / ManlyTalk / ManlyContribs 04:00, 2 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] First bullet-point reference to third-country airlines

Does Bermuda II actually make any reference to the rights of third-country carriers? For example, services by Air New Zealand are subject to two sets of air services/transportation arrangements: that negotiated between New Zealand and the United States (since 2001 the "open skies" MALIAT); and separately the 2005 "open skies" bilateral agreement between New Zealand and the United Kingdom - and the necessary fifth freedom rights New Zealand has obtained under those two sets of arrangements. I would not expect Bermuda II to be directly relevant to, or govern the operations of, third-country carriers serving the UK-US air routes.
