Bermuda Agreement

Although of great signficance and a model for many ASAs that have followed, I seriously question whether Bermuda One was "the first bilateral Air Transport Agreement ..." I have seen reference to such a bilateral agreement concluded as early as August 1913 between France and Germany. I also understand that Spain and the USA concluded such a bilateral in 1944 very soon after the Chicago Conference.

Also the text on the Thai site that is linked to does not have a key part of the arrangements reached as part of Bermuda One, namely the capacity principles.
