This animation was created with Maple 9.5 and Jasc Animation Shop. It shows Bernstein polynomials approximating $x \sin (7/2 \pi \sqrt{x})$ (chosen for purely aesthetic reasons). The orders of the polynomials are 1-10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 100 and 200.
