  • en: From "Finland i ord och bild" by O. M. Reuter, printed in Stockholm in 1901, page 539. Bernhard Henrik Crusell (1775 -1838) was a Finnish-born composer and clarinet player, who moved to Stockholm in 1791. There he played for 40 years as principal clarinet in the Royal Court Orchestra.
  • sv: Från "Finland i ord och bild" av O. M. Reuter, tryckt i Stockholm 1901, sid 539. Bernhard Henrik Crusell, född i Nystad 15 oktober 1775, död 28 juli 1838 i Stockholm, finlandssvensk klarinettist, översättare och tonsättare. Ansågs mycket skicklig på sitt instrument, och var firad i hela Europa.
